How Our Return and Refund Policies Works

You have 60 days from the date of delivery to request a return if you are not satisfied with your purchase.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in their original condition, with all packaging, manuals, and accessories included. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

If the item has been used, you must provide proof that the product was used consistently for at least 60 days and did not meet your expectations.

If your item breaks due to a manufacturing defect, we will gladly send you a replacement.

Starting a Return

  1. Contact our customer support team at support@britely.us. We are always available and will respond within 24 hours.
  2. Provide your order number, full name, and reason for return
  3. Once approved, we'll send you a prepaid return shipping label and instructions
  4. Ship the item back using our provided label

Please note: Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Lost or Stolen Orders

If you purchased Shipping Protection: Contact us immediately using the format below, and we'll send a replacement right away:

If you did not purchase Shipping Protection: We recommend contacting your local postal carrier or delivery service to file a report. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee a refund or replacement for lost or stolen items without protection coverage.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items purchased during major sales or clearance events
  • Gift cards

How do I ship back the items?

For instructions on how to ship the returned products, refer to the email received after placing the return request. *Note: Customers are responsible for shipping their returns back, we do not provide return labels. Please also do not return the product without prior consultation with our team.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the approval status within 2-3 business days. Items must be in good working condition with all manuals and accessories included.

Refund Timeline: Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the transaction.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund after 14 business days from our approval notification, please:

  1. Check your bank account to confirm the refund hasn't been credited
  2. Contact your credit card company—processing times may vary
  3. Reach out to your bank about their refund posting schedule

Order Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel your order after it has been placed, please contact our support team as soon as possible.

To submit a cancellation request, customers must provide the reason for cancellation so our support team can review and process the request.

Because payments are immediately processed and orders are quickly prepared for fulfillment, the following conditions apply:

  • Cancellation requests must be submitted before the order ships

  • If the order has already been processed or packaged, a 5.5% payment processing and handling fee will be deducted from the refund amount

  • You must provide a reason as to why you want to cancel the order
  • Orders that have already shipped cannot be cancelled and must follow the standard return process after delivery
